Q) When will my order ship?

A) Regular customer orders will ship within 1-7 days. Larger orders can require more time. 

Q) How are my items packaged?

A) All bath bombs will come shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped in a box with peanuts or an alternative buffer to ensure the most protection in shipping. Although we do all we can to protect your items, breakage can still occur in transit. If you have an issue with the condition of your products upon arrival, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q) What if you receive a broken item?

A) Please contact us within 24 hours from receiving your product at customerservice@bonkerzbathco.com. Photos of the product must be attached to the email. We will review the details and advise if we can approve or decline the claim. Should we approve the claim, we will advise whether the product will be replaced or refunded.

Q) How do you ship?

A) We use all standard shipping carriers. All of our shipping rates are set by the couriers and we do not inflate them. As a mom, I understand that saving as much money as possible is key, what I pay for shipping is what you pay. Orders over $100 include free shipping. Currently we also only ship within Canada. This is something we hope to eventually change. 

Q) Is pickup/delivery available?

A) We do offer local pickup/delivery within the Simcoe-Muskoka area. There is a small delivery fee applied.
